About the Position:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and versatile developer/hacker to oversee and lead all aspects of the technological development of Bizica.com. Will be provided the freedom to implement own ideas quickly, influence the service, actively partake in management decisions, and enjoy flexible working hours. The position entails many challenges and responsibilities, though offers numerous exciting and rewarding experiences.  Compensation will include an equity position in the firm and/or a deferred payment arrangement.
 

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and leading the post-launch development and improvement of Bizica.com
• Ensure design and implementation of a cohesive and easy-to-use end-user experience
• Writing and implementing front-end and back-end code
• Troubleshooting errors
• Work with and respond to the constructive feedback of end-users
• Evolve and scale the technical infrastructure

Requirements:

• Passion and personal motivation
• 5+ years experience in software and web development environment
• Expert in PHP/Javascript/XHTML/AJAX/CSS coding languages
• Strong command of SQL databases, XML, UI design, and web servers
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a startup environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to work with web standards and cross-browser development
